Which wines to drink with burgers?
With people grilling out for the summer, it’s time to take a look at which wines go best with burgers. This Calgary Herald writer says the best choices are full-bodied reds, noting that the best ones are not too tannic and offer lots of juicy flavor.
The writer notes that Red Zinfandel is his favorite burger wine, but he also recommends a good Spanish Grenache and an Argentine Malbec to compliment a grilled burger.
