Mr. Food’s bourbon pork tenderloin
If you’ve ever been home at lunchtime and turned on the noon news, you’ve probably seen a cooking feature by a guy named Mr. Food. He shows viewers how to easily prepare dishes at home, and ends each broadcast with his trademark line - “Ooh it’s so good!”
Well, last week Mr. Food cooked with my favorite ingredient - booze. He used bourbon to make a sauce for a delicious pork tenderloin. You can get the recipe here. He even gives an option to substitute apple cider for the bourbon, but why would you want to?
