Natalie MacLean’s food and wine matcher
Yesterday I posted about Natalie MacLean’s book Red, White and Drunk all Over, along with quotes from her on pairing wines with chicken wings. Well, Natalie McLean herself saw the post and commented on it, to let everyone know about her website, where she has some goodies that should be of interest to wine lovers. In particular, she has a wine matcher where you can find wine matches for the type of food you’re serving, or food matches for the type of wine you have on hand. She invites you to contact her and suggest matches, if you know of ones she has not yet listed.
