Want to sell shirts? Put booze on them
Sunday, August 10th, 2008One of Mid-South Alcoholic Supply’s sibling sites is Hawaiian Shirt Paradise, an online store that sells Hawaiian and aloha shirts. The site breaks down the shirts by category. Not only are they categorized by color, but by what is on the shirts - parrots, flamingos, cars, airplanes, sunsets, etc.
However, one category of Hawaiian shirts outsells all others within the store, according to checkout logs… shirts with booze on them. The cocktail/beer shirt category, featuring 18 Hawaiian shirts with drinks or beer on them, is far and away the most popular.
So if you ever want to go into the shirt-selling business… think booze.
