Beer sorbet

A couple of days ago I reported that wine flavored ice cream is now legal to sell in New York State. Well, here’s an article that will teach you how to make something similar… beer flavored sorbet.

Hmmm… bet that would work especially well with fruit flavored beers… maybe a cherry wheat.
